By using Voepy services, APIs, software, websites, or infrastructure, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use Voepy services.

Services

Voepy provides communications infrastructure services including, but not limited to:

• Voice APIs
• SIP trunking
• Programmable voice services
• Number provisioning
• Call routing
• Telecommunications infrastructure
• AI voice integrations

Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization
• and your use of the services complies with applicable laws

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• securing API keys and authentication tokens
• and all activity occurring under your account

Voepy is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voepy services for:

• unlawful activities
• spam or unsolicited communications
• fraudulent or deceptive practices
• illegal robocalling
• caller ID spoofing in violation of applicable laws
• phishing
• harassment
• or activities that interfere with network operations

Voepy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these policies.

Telecommunications Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with all telecommunications laws and regulations applicable to your use of the services, including but not limited to:

• TCPA,
• GDPR,
• CAN-SPAM,
• STIR/SHAKEN requirements,
• carrier regulations,
• and local telecommunications laws.

Billing and Payments

All fees are due according to the applicable pricing terms.

Failure to pay may result in:

• suspension of services
• restricted account access
• or termination of services

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

Service Availability

Voepy services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Voepy does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability,
• error-free operation,
• specific carrier routing,
• or compatibility with third-party systems.

Scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance may occur periodically.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voepy shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages,
• incidental damages,
• loss of profits,
• loss of data,
• business interruption,
• or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Termination

Voepy may suspend or terminate access to services at any time for:

• violations of these terms,
• suspected fraud,
• abuse,
• non-payment,
• or legal or regulatory requirements.

Voepy may collect:

• billing information,
• API usage data,
• telecommunications metadata,

Telecommunications Data

Depending on services used, Voepy may process:

Voepy does not claim ownership of customer communications content.
